We suggest that you pay for your orders in two different ways on the site.

1) By Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Bancontact cards

You can shop with peace of mind on our site using your credit card: Visa, Master Card. Maestro or Bancontact.

We do not process card payments immediately online. We only validate them during the preparation of the order. If your payment should be refused by the banking organization, we will notify you by email within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekly closing).

2) By bank transfer

If you choose payment by bank transfer, as soon as we process the order, we send an e-mail confirmation that includes the details of our account with our bank French (Société Générale) or our Belgian bank (ING).

The amount to be transferred to our account must correspond to the exact amount of the order, all transfer and exchange costs being payable by you.

Both for books and for extractors and spare parts, the order is prepared within 2 working days after receipt of payment.

As long as the amount has not reached us by transfer, the order is not validated. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in the order being canceled, unless otherwise agreed with Greenshop.

It is not possible to pay for purchases on Greenshop by check or money order.
