How much are the shipping costs?

Books:

During temporary promotions indicated on the site, shipping costs are free for the purchase of new books, regardless of the overall amount of the order.

Excluding these promotional periods and without specific agreement from Greenshop, the amount of the order is increased by shipping costs as follows:

• Belgium: 5.50 & euro; for 1 pound, 8.99 & euro; for 2 to 6 pounds,
• Outside Belgium: 8.99 & euro; for 1 to 6 pounds,
• for to any order of books exceeding 6 pounds per order for the same address, delivery is free.

Extractors:

• Delivery is free to the Benelux and France (including Monaco).
• Shipping costs of 30 & euro; will be added for delivery addresses in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Ukraine.
• Shipping costs of 50 & euro; are added for delivery addresses in Switzerland.
• Shipping costs of 150 & euro; are added for delivery addresses located in Canada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Saint Martin.

Spare parts:

The amount of the order is increased by postage (up to 2 kg) as follows:

• Benelux 7.20 & euro ;.
• France 12.40 & euro; (including Monaco).
• Shipping costs of 20 & euro; will be added for delivery addresses in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Ukraine.
• Shipping costs of 30 & euro; are added for delivery addresses in Switzerland.
• Shipping costs of 50 & euro; are added for delivery addresses located in Canada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Saint Martin.

Deadlines

The stock is managed in real time; the words "in or out of stock" is indicated on each sheet. In case of out of stock, a rare case since the two partners of Greenshop are, for one, the importer of the Jazz range and, for the other, the publisher of the books of Taty Lauwers, we indicate the deadline for restocking for each product.

Write to us to be informed by email of the availability of a particular product, should it be out of stock.

Excluding holiday periods as we mean on the home page on the site, we process orders for products in stock within a 1 to 2 working days after you have placed a firm order.

We make a commitment to post the packages within 2 working days after the treatment of the order and the reception of the payment.

The delivery times for books by Belgian or French post for Belgium or France are one working day on average. When shipping between countries (BE - & gt; FR or CH, for example), this delay can be up to five days.

For an order of less than 5 pounds: send in an envelope by post. Beyond: by parcel post.

Extractors.

The extractors are sent by UPS package, with tracking. The deadline can be consulted on their site, according to the tracking number which is communicated to you by email on the day of shipment, for more information consult the site of UPS

The spare parts are sent by parcel post, with tracking.

We will inform you as soon as possible of any delay in delivery beyond our control.

Upon delivery of the extractor, you are required to check the physical condition and contents of the package, in the presence of the carrier. You are requested to notify us as soon as possible of any anomaly.
